In the interests of maintaining operational capabilities, we can conduct "onsite" inspections and repairs, carrying out onsite welding, gas cutting and fabrication, in addition to mechanical repairs, breakdowns and servicing.
We carry out Keenan diet feeder belly relines, on site. We use a mobile workshop unit to complete these repairs. It is equipped with 3 phase generator, welding plant, all fabrication equipment and a 20-tonne crane. This self-contained, heavy-duty mobile workshop unit ensures we can complete any task required on any size of Keenan diet feeder.
Keenan belly reline work includes, a set of belly liner plates, belly end plates, a full set of belly blades with new bolts, and new paddle rubbers. The work can usually be completed in a day, ensuring that machine downtime is kept to a minimum.
